Who is actually purchasing goods and services online?

As I am taking lessons here at WA everyday with my own pace, I have my domain and now I will need to build my contents.

Then, I wonder today, who are those people actually purchasing products or services online? In theory, I get it. There are many audiences in the world who have money and want to buy things online all the time.

How do you apply an economy to online market?

Everything looks expensive to me here in Ontario. If you purchase something except food, we pay 13% sales tax on top of it. I do not know what is the core economy or commerce here generate revenue, but real estate and IT.
If so, should I target those real estate rich people?

I hear immigrants are bringing money from their home countries.
If so, should I target those immigrants who have money to buy things in Canada?

I read some news that in the states there are many taxes cut and many jobs are created.
If so, should I target audiences in the states than Canada?

Minimalist and Migtow movement seem like growing.
Are these people probably not buying so much? So they are not going to be an target audience?

Who is your customers?

We learned, niche is a group of people online, we are targeting people in online world with the niche. Would that be also good to consider to target people where there is economy circulating and/therefore, less tax to pay so that people would have more money to spend for their own needs and wants.

Would it be too complex mixing with a niche x economy?

Hi,

I think you are overcomplicating things. People travel. People spend money on gardening, pet supplies, online courses... you could go on and on. Have you decided on any niche?

Thank you for your reply. I think you're right about me over complicating things.

Yes, I have decided my niche to be healthy food tips and recipes. I lost my mom last year was really sad. I learned about food and its industries. Do you like cooking?

For now, I guess I should focus on writing contents not thinking too much.

You're welcome. Sorry about your mom.

It's better to start writing than thinking about tax. Amazon is a good place to look at what's popular, and reviews are also good to read.

A while back I was looking at a hotel website - Keio Plaza Hotel - and they have Hello Kitty themed rooms.

People spend a few hundred bucks a night to stay in this kind of room. So, you never know what people are going to spend money on!
