So, I have just posted the first article that I have oursourced. This is the first bit of content that I have not penned down myself. I am sure that it will speed up the entire process.

It is not easy to start off with. The process is to identify the right person within the right budget. I used upwork for this and found a few writers within my budgetary considerations. Then this gets into the negotiation phase, you need to be shameless here. Ask for what you want & most likely, you will get it. There was a freelancer, who quoted $15 per 100 words and finally agreed to do it for $1. And mind it, not a newbie. You need to sell the niche really hard and press the right buttons in this phase.

Then comes the actual hire and task allocation. Easy. But then, the wait for the article just kills you. Even though it is only a couple of days off. No worries, you get the article and then you open the file. All neat and clean, clear english etc. Time to review the article written.

Not everyone is you & hence not everyone writes like you. You keep changing the article until you are satisfied & then post it into your website.

If you intend to use the same freelancer further, there is a need to educate the person on expectations going forward. I have done that, and have given him the next peice of work.
