How do you discover yourself?

There is nobody you can cheat anymore, well... only yourself but what good will it do?
And it does not last 3, 5 nor 55 minutes... It lasts for hours... and then you do it again.
If you have weakness they will be visible. If you have some lacks in your mindset training you will know about it very quickly. Like I did.
And than you push and make yourself better!

Thanks Jacob the problem with that is when you send out a post it only gets viewed by your followers and you only have 15 follower to date, so your posts will get swallowed up in the multitude and get missed.
I have visited most of your videos that is how I got to know you better. you sent me a video and with in your you tub other videos of your showed so I followed them.I think I left a comment on each one I viewed.
I had fun doing it because it is one thing to view a video and other view a video that you in personal contact with, it made it much more interesting.
With in that there were others doing treks also.but I followed yours. So I got out into the mountains and away from the masses for a short period of time viewing your videos it was fun. I love the wild and I love to see other parts of the world. I can't get there but I can see through other peoples eyes. that is what is so intriguing about videos.
