What do I write in a personal blog? but is it becoming a niche blog?

I need some advice.
My niches are writing/copywriting and Affiliate Marketing for which I have separate domains registered and hosting is on its way and they are not a problem here.
I do have a personal blog and here is the address. https://subrams.com/ Please visit the "About Sampath" on the menu and have a look.
The intention of this blog is generally about what core work that I do during 9-5 role, some tech work I do, books that I read and quotes along with some inspirational stories. The stories wont be necessarily tech, it would be from broad range of background.
Planned blog categories would be Business Analysis, Cloud Technologies, Process Automation, Inspirations. The blog categories could have sub-categories depending on the topic.
PROBLEM: I keep hitting the dead-end thinking - am I writing too many things on this blog? All the reading/discussions that I have done says blog should Niche...1 topic only.
Has somebody hit this kind of situation?
What would you do?
Can somebody point me in the right direction please?

You want to be able to write loads and loads of different aspects of your niche, so that your site becomes the go to place for all the possible questions in relation to the niche. I would therefore suggest that you keep going and just add more information and show your expertise.
An idea stuck just now.
Business Analysis can be a category - other tech stuff can be sub-cateogry
Inspiration story can be a category - can have different sub categories.
Just pick the one you enjoy most to start with. You want to be able to write plenty of different blogs, but they all need to be relevant and related.

Copywriting is good if you know how to create content about it in many ways. Affiliate Marketing, yes. which one? You need to be specific, very passionate on what you are going to write about and you should the one you are most interested in as well. The choice is yours.

Copywriting & affiliate marketing - I have two separate sites being built...There is no issue with that. This is 6pm- 9am.
The link I sent in this query is totally a new blog...as I said it was about my current 9am-5pm what I do which is Business analysis which I love doing as well. Positioning the topic theme was the issue with this one. I think probably business analysis would be the way I go with this. I don't have to spend too much time on this. Based on 9-5 work I do, reading and daily tinkering and observations, I can use my work break-time effectively. I am looking at every opportunity to write.
Hi Sampath! As a rule, all niches has its own market. This niche Business Analysis could be a lucrative niche if you are competent in creating content to attract high-end readers who might need an analysis of a particular business venture. Best regards, Florentino

14 + years. I am confident writing contents without any issue.
