My Appreciation for WA
So I really like this place, its a great opportunity to earn some money, but all I hear about is chessy "this place rocks" kind of stuff. I want to point out some of these things for myself to conquer the controlled mindset I have. Don't get me wrong, this place really does rock, and this isn't really a rant I would say, but I haven't made any money so far. The farther you go in lessons, the more confusing it gets. I want to start earning some money but on a time scale, if it takes 6 months to make my first $100, I will not have met my spent budget but it will be okay in the end. This is more of a long term project, not a make money over night type of thing.
Everyone is so happy to be here and I wonder if they are controlled by the idea of working from home or being retired finally. I am sitting in my management class listening to my professor speak and I do not normally bring my laptop into class. It's a new feel and vibe I am getting. Finals are next week so I have to catch up and do my studying so I can enjoy my summer and work at home for real.
I do not want people to be so happy go lucky, but be more realistic towards their goals and not generalize them. This is my idea of a utopia in WA.

You're right, you do see a lot of "this place rocks" kind of stuff but I think it's just cuz there's no other community that's like this that I've found that has such community support as well as all the resources you need to become successful. I've only been here for just over a month but I'm already seeing a result so yes, this place rocks.
It does take time to go through the courses and may get confusing but that's why the community is here. Ask questions if you're confused or stuck somewhere. Someone is bound to help. Everyone has their own goals that they want to achieve. It's not a competition or comparison of success. We all just want to be successful for ourselves but enjoy seeing the success of others because that proves that this actually does work.
It takes a lot of work in the beginning because you need to go through the courses and learn everything, build your site from scratch, and get your site out there. But once you do all that things will slowly get easier as you're not wasting as much time on courses and building new things as you are just writing content to maintain your site.
Keep up the good work and get through the courses so you'll have more time to focus on your site.
