I can't take it anymore!
so, here I am again in this hot, monotnous car parts factory, the same factory ive been at for 5 years. Today I walk in and we have our shift change meeting like every other day. Day shift then starts laying out the issues they had, nothing new just normal problems we deal with everyday.
We then start up the line, begin inspecting, and immediately find a fairly bad issue.
After I brought the issue up to a supervisor I immediately get blamed for not bringing it up sooner. I replied "I just got here!?!". He said he would go find out if it was ok. Moments later he returns and says the issue was discovered earlier in the week and that I should have been informed about it, and then continued to say that it was my bad for not communicating with the other shifts.
At this point I realized it is pointless to argue and just settle with the fact that he may not know that we have a daily meeting to talk about these issues.
In all I guess I'm trying to say that I'm tired of problems not being solved the way they should be, which is why I'm starting my own business where I'm my own boss. Thank you wealthy affiliate for the chance at a better life free of stress and headache. This program is a God sent.
