I so appreciate the training provided at WA and agree that niche selection is difficult for most of us. Of course, creating a website for a niche that you are passionate about is a real plus -- especially if it can be profitably monetized.
I suggest a slightly different approach on a recent post to my website. I invite you all to let me know what you think. I am finding this method effective and comfortable in identifying possible niches.
