What do you mean "put new domain on payitforward"?
If you setup your website to be hosted here at WA you have all kinds of inclusions, your hosting is included in your premium membership AND an SSL certificate is included too. So why host your site elsewhere at extra cost?
Go to: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites (or click on Websites > SiteManager from left-hand sidebar) and see if the domain you purchased through WA is ready for you to setup right here on the WA website servers.
