The Caterpillar Effect - Can you relate?
Most everyone knows that the caterpillar creates a cocoon and goes through stages to become a beautiful butterfly. However, what you may not know is the caterpillar's transformation process is a very painful one. But they push through the pain and emerge as beautiful creatures.
Now I am sure you're wondering what in the world does that have to do with you? Well, I'll tell.... In life we all go through struggles at some point, but you can take the negative experience and push through to create something beautiful on the other side. So rather you are struggling in your business or in a partnership, just know that once you get through the negative, there is something awesome waiting for you around the corner. Pain is temporary, but the rewards at the end can be long lasting.
Keep pushing and stay focused on your goals!

It's nice to hear encouraging words. Have you heard the story of the transformation of the butterfly? It goes: father and son watching a butterfly out of the cocoon and the child wished to help the butterfly, for easier out and parent said no! - Let him fight, so his wings will be stronger, healthier and more resilient.
I like your post because someone said that in the world we have plenty of successful people but it does desperately need more peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers, and lovers of every kind. It needs people who live well in their places. It needs people of moral courage willing to join the fight to make the world habitable and humane. And these qualities have little to do with success as we have defined it. So, thank you for your post!
