Websites are Down
Hello All:
I know there are many of you who are experiencing the same thing as I am. I have seven websites that I work on regularly here within WA and six out of seven of my websites are down. I know there are others out there from reading and responding to Live Chat messages.
Just wanted to say that if you notice any of your websites being down, that it is not just your website. There seems to be a system-wide problem and knowing the tech team at WA, they are no doubt working their little fingers to the done as well as their brains to get it resolved quickly. WA has the most responsive tech team I have seen in the hosting industry. Thank you WA Tech Support in advance for all of your hard work in getting our websites up and running again.
I am not sure what happened. I checked out Kyle's blogs and did not see anything from him about what is happening, but I know it will be fixed as soon as possible. As frustrating as this is to many of us, we must keep calm, stay positive and professional and have faith in WA.

We've detected a DDoS attack going on which has caused a handful of servers to not respond to all requests so there are some sites down, but we will have a solution in place in a few minutes time. This is similar to the DDoS attack we experienced in early November 2016 which we have a solution for and are implementing. Thanks for your patience while we work diligently to deal with this.

Thanks for the update. As a seasoned tech guy, it should never be assumed that support knows about a problem. My guess is they probably do know, but it's always good to give them a heads up. I will put in a support ticket and alert them that I am not the only one having trouble (which I am).

Yes, at least one of mine is down, haven't checked the others yet. Fingers crossed it sorts soon.
The websites should start working soon. WA is on it.
