It actually happens quite regularly, but most people don't notice it.
In fact, once of my sites hasn't been updated in 127 hours.
I know, from Reddit, that a lot of webmasters went through this in April as well.
This also actually happened for an extended period in September 2021, which started a lot of panic, so Google Search Central updated their Twitter thread to show tis.
Although, I have no idea whether this is for the same reasons, here's a couple of excerpts from the 2021 Twitter thread that should hopefully put everyone's mind at rest:
"We're currently experiencing longer than usual delays in the Search Console performance report. This only affects reporting, not crawling, indexing, or ranking of websites. We'll update here once this issue is resolved. Thanks for your patience!"
AND
"This delay affects the information shown in Search Console performance reports, the API for this data, Search Console Insights, and the same data in Google Analytics / Data-Studio. This doesn't affect crawling, indexing, or ranking of websites."

As a little kid I once knew used to say: Patience! Patience! Patience!

I figured that with the newer version of GA4 it takes a little longer to update, but I may be wrong...
Yes, that's what I'm seeing, and it's not usually that far behind. Hopefully will get back on track soon.

If there's a Related Posts section at the bottom of your page, does that count as internal links for the particular post that's on that page?

No, an internal link is when you link one page to another on your site, and an external link is when you link out to an external site/ source.

Internal links refer to posts or pages within your website, so no, I don't think a related post section would count as an Internal link.

I just published a post and it dated as Feb 1st, not today as Feb 13.
It hadn't been published before this. It was a draft and I published it the same as
Posts are dated from when they are first created and saved, not when they are eventually published. But you can change the date any time.
Thanks. In the past my posts always take the date I publish on, no matter when the draft was created. But Support told me to go ahead and change it. They didn't offer an explanation.
Did you start the post on February 1st and saved you draft on that date by any chance? In the Post section of WordPress you can see the date published on the right hand side, far end column. Usually it should post the same date as you publish. It's kind of mysterious.

You should be able to log into the back office of WordPress and then look for the for blog post, you should be able to change it there.
Also, confirm that the time and calendar is correctly reflected on your PC or MAC.
