From There, To Here The Story So Far

When I first joined WA, I was rather sceptical I have to admit. I hadn't undertaken any form of online business (except those wretched Surveys where you can earn around $4,000 a month giving your opinions - yeah, right! Think more like $50 over three months).

I was looking for something stimulating to supplement the income from my existing business (outsource credit control and credit training) and WA, after a few days, showed to me that it had the potential to do that. That potential is now actuality.

Now a Premium member, I am looking to move to Annual membership which makes sense to me as I am here for the long term and know that by sticking to the task and continuing to learn from the tutorials and others in the community I will succeed.

But, more importantly, it is the journey itself that I am finding so enjoyable. Yes, I have set my monetary goals but I just know they will come as result of doing my part well and having immense pleasure doing so, too.

Sometimes I wonder why I am being directed to do certain things at WA but have found that the answers why come clear within the doing and the interactions with like-minded people that form this great community.

And while I still have some difficulties navigating around the site (that is more a reflection of me than WA) I have created my own niche and website - englishwordmeanings.com - and am writing content about something I love. The site is, as it says on there, Always Under Construction! If you haven't seen it, please look and let me know what you think.

To be honest, I do sometimes wonder whether the peripheral things such as Google+ and having a gmail account are really relevant but I shall sick with 'em as I'm sure their importance will become clear.

But of all things encountered thus far, I have been most amazed at, and have had so much fun with, Keyword searching. I love words, so digging deeper into niche words that then produce the sort of fruit I want to use (low hanging or just fallen off) is simply brilliant. I have tried the free versions of Jaaxy, Hubspot. Google and Long Tail Pro but am not happy with the latter three. You know, I find the WA Keyword Tool just fantastic and can spend hours in there just researching and playing.

And, there in a nutshell, is what is wrong with WA. There is just so much to have fun with that one loses sight of the road that is to be travelled 'cos them sideroads are so incredibly interesting.
