My Perfect Day?
I don't have one particular "perfect day!" I wish to have several homes in various locales, and at times just visit with my many cousins, my siblings, my kids and grandkids!!
At times, I am in my New York home, a beautiful condo with a doorman, an indoor pool and exercise room... I think, near Chinatown and Little Italy!! I pick up my Chinese herbs and medicinals at a shop nearby, see the acupuncturist when necessary. I wake up to relative quiet, because I am quite a few floors up. It is a lovely, but modest 3BR, 3BA condo, with a rooftop sanctuary to enjoy the sunlight... In the evenings, I can go to a lovely restaurant, or visit with relatives in NYC and North Jersey. My sons come to visit four or five times a year and my daughter brings her family a few times a year as well. My kitchen is perfect for cooking just for me, or if the entire tribe comes at the same time!! I become a regular performer at the local comedy clubs, and my act is coming along amazingly!! They always have room to squeeze me in to the evening's show!!
Other times, I am at my country home in Sicily, near Palermo...Four bedrooms and 2 baths! I have a few acres with fruit trees and olive trees and a tiny vineyard... Possibly this home could run as a B&B. Of course, I have hired a couple of locals from nearby to keep the place running, and pay them well... as I am usually only here 3 or 4 months of the year! During the days, I tour the area on my Vespa, and since I'm only a half hour from the beach, I can go there any time. Other things I do in Sicily is to track down long-lost family members!! And to see many of the historic sites, enjoy lovely Italian meals, and CAPPUCINO!!
My third home is in the mountains, near South Carolina/ Georgia border... Again a nice modest home 3BR, 3BA on about 3 acres. It is near a beautiful lake, where I take my canoe and just explore!! A very large eat in kitchen, sauna, spa, small greenhouse and a beehive to make my own honey!! I drive my Chevy Avalanche to pick up supplies in the town about 20-30 minutes away. My neighbors help take care of the greenhouse and bees particularly when I'm away... for which I share the products and give them a financial incentive.
In between times, I am visiting relatives in Florida, and Arizona, and Puerto Rico, also friends and family in Upstate New York!! Then, I am traveling the world... at least one month out of the year, I am traveling to new places, and occasionally to favorites where I've already been!! I go to the occasional 4-star hotel, but usually... I like to see the youth hostels and pensiones!! Small B&Bs, and occasionally an Air B&B... I love the new adventures!!
I love being wealthy!! But, I don't wish to flaunt it... I wish to enjoy it without drawing too much attention. And to share my good fortune with those I meet along the way!!

I admire your dreams, use those dreams to fuel your until you can make them a reality. You do have a flair for writing and it will come into good use while you are writing original content for your website.

You certainly drew attention with this post......I'm not sure what the message is other than Rich is Good. No argument there...my question, what are you doing here ? Or have you become wealthy via WA or just attracted to the name. Most of us want these same blessings and your obvious freedom. Thanks for making me envious....:)) Cheers wherever you are......

Actually, I would like to call it out as a challenge, especially for folks who don't yet have a clear picture of what their ULTIMATE SUCCESS looks like... I would love to see each and every one's VISION!! How about you Wimone!?!

Welcome Ed!! I am following you!! I hope your bank gets it together for you. Had trouble with mine too, it thought this was "fraud activity" so, I had to straighten it out before I could get it to go!! So good to see people from far off places joining in! This is the best community to get you where you'd like to go financially... I hope I can be of assistance to you, and maybe you have some wisdom for me, as well!!
