Landing Page - I just cannot seem to figure this out

So, I have trying so hard. Watching YouTube videos and everything. Thought I figured it out but I did not. I still cannot create a landing page.
I now the importance of capturing information from my visitors. I also have subscribers to my page but I do not know how to properly capture the information so that this can actually be reflected in the growth for my site.
I need help to create a landing page. HELP!!!
