I am raising my three year-old granddaughter who is dealing with a lot of issues. She is my priority. Therefore, I cannot schedule my day. I always have a to do list that I am constantly adding to. I look up research and print it to read while she is playing well alone. When she is not here or asleep, I jump in where my to do list says I should. My research is highlighted and ready to go. I know that doesn't help you but it shows a daily "written in stone" schedule is always the way.

it's hard to make a schedule for someone else because only you can decide where you are and what your priorities are.

1. Accept that you cannot do everything. What are your priorities? Social media is often a lot of noise - so at this moment it's probably not a priority.

2. If you can't get help for your theme - change to one that you can. I don't know what you've chosen, but don't be over ambitious. Although your theme is important it's nothing like as important as the content.

3. Where are you on the training?. Look at exactly where you are. Have you completed the tasks asked - or are you getting distracted?

4.Have 2 to do lists. One which is an ongoing list - in which you just write down anything you need to do. No order - it doesn't matter. This list will always be lengthy. Then have a daily to do list. This should only have three tasks on it . They should be small and achievable. When you've completed them you can add another three. What this mean is you will always see yourself making progress rather than constantly feeling overwhelmed.

5. Schedule in your time. I don't know how much time you spend on doing things related to WA - but schedule your time and then make sure you work smart (ie don't get distracted)
