New site
I already have a website setup and I'm enjoying posting on it. However, I wanted to try my hand at setting up another one about dieting. I know, I know, there already are too many. But I feel after so many years of experience in this area, I may have some unique insights to offer people who struggle in this area. What's your opinion?

That sound like a great idea. People are anxious to learn about the benfit of dieting everyday.
I think a great place to start would be to check out one of the keyword tools like the one here on WA or jaaxy and start searching some specific terms relating to your insights and unique experiences around dieting. If you're finding there are things you want to write about that are not high competition phrases then that will show you this is definitely a great niche idea!
