There is a lot of material at WA about it, you may search in the tab on the top of the screen when you are at WA.
WA banners are available, you may find them on the left. Just copy-paste in text mode will do the job and you can put them where you want.
As for Amazon affiliate banners, usually you will put them into sidebar widgets, so here are two texts:
