Webmail ISSUE - Help needed!

I know how to link Gmail accounts from WAU. And have not yet received the verification link. I've discovered this is the likely cause. Can anyone advise what to do please? It reads: ERROR CONNECTING TO LOCALHOST - CHECK THE HOSTNAME RESOLVES. ACCEPTS INCOMING SMTP CONNECTIONS AND IS ACTIVE. I wouldn't know where to begin.. Cheers
