As I am sure most of you have heard the name Gotti we all know he was a MOB boss for the Gambino family after ordering a hit on Castellano and became the Gambino head boss and Godfather, in an interview Gotties Family claimed they new nothing of his life until his life was almost over his son John Gotti jr asked his father to let him out of the life of crime his family claims he did not give approval. John Gotti jr took an interest in the under world when he saw how much money there was to be made his father gladly took him under his wing as his son became a made man after learning the ropes he may have finally got his fathers approval.

Gotties Mistakes: Gotti began making mistakes and catching the eye of investigators by going out to more exspensive restaurants, wearing silk suits and only wearing Cashmere jackets after Gotti went to prison after having everywhere he went bugged and investigators got the evidence they needed to prosecute him Gotti later died in a prison hospital and left alot of families hurt by his actions and he ran the Gambino family into the ground they were no more most of them were either dead or in prison.

I have told you this story to tell you this story Gotti was the biggest boss in organized crime and messed it up to a point that the entire oraganization shut down, let this be a Huge lession in the business world you could be the best in the business and become top dog but the minute you began making mistakes and bringing family into it Everyone involved will get hurt and you could lose all of your money and your entire business stay sharp and make as few mistakes as possible
