To Hell and Back.
Hello to all my friends here at Wealthy Affiliate, it's great to be back after a great holiday in Europe.............back in Amman, Jordan, M/East all seemed to be ops normal while on a quick weekend at a dead sea spa(One hour's drive away) when out of the blue yours truly developed a chest pain - drove back to Amman and went to The Arab Clinique where I was promptly examined. Found myself hooked up to all sorts of pipes, monitors and machines and into the theatre for an anagram which showed a blocked artery! Dr's could not install a stent as it was a blood clot !!! Lucky for me my heart suffered no damage!! - three days later I was discharged with lots of medication etc..........to say I was petrified(My wife and I do not speak Arabic, but there were staff members that could speak English) would be the understatement of the century.
Our lives we sometimes take for granted can change in a blink of an eye!
Lesson learnt! - This is a huge gigantic WAKE-UP CALL! without health, we are absolutely lost and useless. I have to report back in 2 weeks time for observation.
May I add that the Drs and nursing staff were really very helpfull and sympathetic.
Would like to send out a message to all Wealthy Affiliate folks to take a good look at your health situation and if necessary adopt a new and healthy lifestyle.
Three aspects that kept me staying positive throughout this ordeal was God, my wife Doreen and Wealth Affiliate.

It's bad it happened but it's good God stops us this way when it's not too late. Get fully recovered!:)

I can't stress enough how important it is to have regular health checkups. I wouldn't be here today, if it weren't for my annual visits to my doctors. And my semi-annual dermotologist visit as I am a melanoma survivor.

Most importantly, you made it. You had a warning to take care of your health, most of us forget this till something happens. One is never too young and neither too old to make some lifestyle changes but obviously the younger the better. We are responsible for our bodies and that is why I dedicate one website to this. There are so many things you can do yourself to keep the doctor away and that is not only the famous apple a day.
