Attitude and Stents!

Good day to ya all and what a pleasure to be back with all my WA friends. Seemingly I have recovered from my Angina attack and now I'm the proud owner of a STENT! When life bowls a curved ball at you it all depends as to how you will handle the situation and how well you bat in order to hit it for a six (That's cricket speak of course)...........Attitude comes to mind here and the best is not to allow the situation to overwhelm you. The good news is that there is no damage to the heart and a second scan confirms that all the arteries are open and on the mend. I feel fitter and much better than ever before - this being due to a brand new healthy lifestyle (Diet and exercise) - For those who are interested, the diet I follow is the HFLC(Healthy Fat Low Carb) Re- Prof. Tim Noakes from the University of Cape Town South Africa, which entails the latest in nutritional science - exercise = planking(Abs), walking/swimming and light workouts at the gym. My cardiologist is very happy with all the lab results as well as Blood Pressure (121/79).........................I can truly recommend this particular way of life. We need to be healthy and fit to enjoy our success in the online marketing world.
