Can both yoast and SEO operate together? Do they pretty much do the same thing?

They're just plugins; however, what really ranks you in the search engines is your choice of good keywords and compelling content.
You want to install ONE plugin at a time; more create conflicts.
Use one or the other. As DIGGER12 has mentioned, conflicting plugins are not good. I like the SEO Framework personally.
Delete any plugin you’re not using too.
I don't know much about Yoast, but I have The SEO Framework and like it, have had no problems with it.
Hi, Ive learned the hard way, not to have two plugins that do the same thing - and don't just de-active it , delete it.
So from my experience, and point of view I wouldn't have both :-)

There can be conflicts when similar plugins are used, one or the other is good, not usually both. Especially when using SEO plugins, Yoast, SEO kit, etc.

I have created my own website, however the domain name that I own is pointing to another website, which is an older one. I have been asked to find the ISP tag??
Company called fasthosts. The long and short is, I am purchasing a company who already have a website. However, the web designer has gone AWOL and the current owners are unable to access it. So, I've designed my own site and now I just want to point the domain name to my new site

I'm working towards creating my website using Elementor and I know there are options to flick between tablets and phones when adding content, containers, buttons
Your theme is responsive.
Check your Appearance > Customize in mobile view. And adjust your Elementor from there :) Also, when you edit in Elementor, you need to continue editing.

Also, you can use F12 (developer tools) or Inspect (right-click your mouse) to see it on your desktop, Mobile, or Tablet.

Yeah, direct it wherever it is hosted.
You can recycle it if the pages are not needed. Or do 301 redirects if they are required.
