Finally home after a memorable Trek!
So, I'm finally home from a very busy and exhausting trip to Beijing!
If you read my previous blog post, you'll know I trekked the Great Wall of China for Longfield Hospice, an incredible charity who will be able to do so much with the money that I managed to raise - amounting to just over £3,000!
I had an incredible time, managed to trek the whole organised amount of the Wall (althought with great difficulty!), and also managed to overcome a lot of fears whilst I was at it! A total win-win for both the charity and myself.
This has been a truly unforgettable experience, and I have met people who will be my lifelong friends, that's for sure! Unfortunately, my blog has totally suffered as a result of my absence!:( I managed to get 5 posts drafted and scheduled to post whilst I was away, but my traffic has sunk to an all time low!! It's so demoralising, considering the amount of work that I have put into it over the previous month.
Has anyone else been away from their site for a while and noticed a similar pattern? I'd love to hear of some advice or guidance as to how you got yourself on your feet again! I go back to University on Monday so the time I'm able to dedicate to WA and my site is gradually becoming less and less, so all advice would be appreciated!
All in all, the experience was totally worth it - I have no regrets! Just excited to get myself back onto my feet again :)
Thanks in advance,
Sophie

Your trek sounded an incredible experience for you, Sophie. As to your question I wonder if you should ask that as a question on it's own so that it doesn't get missed. I can not help you as I have not been away from my website as yet.
Hi Carol,
thanks for the advice, I will do just that :)
