Hello everyone,
As the subject matter suggests,I am going to write my first blog about determination.In everything you do you should be determined if you are to achieve what you want in life.In order to succeed in life the following things are a must do:

1.GOAL
You need to write down a list of what you need to achieve in life.You cannot expect to live life without any direction.A goal is like a map that guides you in life. A goal must be SMART.The word SMART is an an acronym as explained below:
S=SIMPLE-A goal must be simple to achieve.Think big but start small.The reverse is not true!
M=MEASURABLE-Your goal must be measurable in terms of resources you will need to carry it out.
A=ACHIEVABLE-Make goals you are able to achieve.Start something you can finish.
R=REALISTIC-Don't be over ambitious and come up with a mega unrealistic plan that will end up flopping.
T=TIME -You should have a time frame within which to accomplish your goal.You may set a month or a year to accomplish a specific task.
2.RESOURCES.
Now that you have a snapshot of what you want to do,you are going to need resources to facilitate the goal.
You can do that through borrowing or saving.I suggest that you don't borrow to start the business .This is because if the business collapses you will be apprehended by the creditor and you'll have nothing to refund.It is always wise to start a business with a saving you have made in the course of life.You will only need to borrow when the business has picked up to widen your capital base.
3.PEOPLE-You need to gather the right people around you for consultation on their expertise.People are the greatest resources you'll ever need to carry out your goal.I mean the right people.
3.TIME
Create time for your goal.There is an old adage that sounds more or less like a cliche but it is steal reassuring:''Live For Something Than Dying For Nothing''

SUMMARY:
TIME +RESOURCES+PEOPLE+GOAL=SUCCESS
RESOUCES+PEOPLE+GOAL-TIME=FALSE START
RESOURCES+TIME+PEOPLE+TIME-GOAL=CONFUSION
