Twitter, Facebook SoMe Collective WA Campaign

I'm not sure how many people here are on Twitter, Facebook or other Social Media sites. I'm new here and I'm wondering if the WA group has ever run an Organic Social Media Campaign as a Collective?
We would probably want to test some things first before deciding on the actual campaign to assure that we get the maximum outcome.
Is this something we would be allowed to do? I wouldn't see why not but you never know.
