When I download a banner where can I retrieve it meaning where is it saved
Hi Liz,
By default files and installer programs are saved to the Downloads folder. I changed my settings so that they are saved to the Documents folder. If you click on the File Explorer, as seen in the attached picture, you'll see where it's located for easy access.

On a MAC go to Finder (on the toolbar), Downloads, and it will be listed there.
