Just starting out here.
Hello all!
I recently signed up for Six Figure Mentors (SFM), and then did some research. Obviously the wrong way to do it, because it seems that while SFM appear to offer some good advice and training, there are much better ways of getting into affiliate marketing. It only took me half an hour of looking around on the internet to find WA, which definitely seems like a much better option (not to mention far, far less expensive).
I'm looking forward to finding out more about WA, and setting everything up.
I'm currently unemployed (happy Christmas!) and can't afford the US$197 I spent to join SFM on the understanding that I'd be able to sell their products as an affiliate. But no. I would need to upgrade my membership further, at several thousand $$$.
So if I'd done my research (as I normally do...) instead of just jumping in, I could have saved some bucks and found WA sooner.
Actions speak louder than words, so I'm looking forward to acting.
Anyway, here I am.

I Think we have all made that mistake at some point,
At least i know i have, spent thousands looking for the right way to do it.

Thankyou Thanku. Luckily I haven't spent thousands, but as a percentage of how much money I actually have right now (until I find work), it feels like alot more....
Anyway, it's not the end of the world, and as they say... One door closes, another opens.

I used to be. Spent around $100,000 to get my commercial license, but with the economy the way it is, I was lucky to make $40K a year working way too hard, in an industry where further training generally costs $20K in order to advance.
My fiance at the time 'encouraged' me to quit, and I moved into mining in order to earn some actual money. So I gave up my dream career for the same reasons that most guys do stupid things: money and women. The relationship didn't last long after that.
I asked because right now i am looking out the window at jets i am a line guy at an fbo which affords my ppc campaigns lol

No hardship at all. She was the wrong woman for me, it's as simple as that. If I'd stayed with her, I wouldn't have met my lovely wife.
And getting out of flying isn't so bad either. I love planes, but a job can take what you love and turn it into work. So I'd be better off just flying for fun.

Welcome to Wealthy Affiliate, and yes, the price is cheaper here. Then consider the value that it brings to its members, it's tremendous.
It's funny when I try to mention WA to my fellow "local" friends and I tell them that it only costs $49 a month. They think of it as expensive already, lol.
