Meditating to clear the mind
I believe we all have great ideas in us that are just waiting to be found. If I am stuck for ideas on what to write about I find the best way is to clear my mind by meditation, even just for 5 minutes at a time. After I have meditated my mind is much clearer and decluttered. Ideas start to flow.
Everything and anything you want is there for the taking. You just have to find it. Success is within. "Success is not the key to happiness, happiness is the key to success". Believe in yourself and you will achieve your goals.

I always hear about the benefits of meditating.. How do you meditate exactly.. just breath and "uhhhmmm"?
I actually have an app on my phone. It calms the mind. The trick is to stop all those thoughts running around in your head. Think of nothing. Focus on the darkness and empty your mind. It's amazing how good you feel and how much clearer your head is. The app gently rouses you after a set period of time. Then ideas start flowing.
