Exercise! both physical and mental!

I believe in daily physical exercise! I rejuvenates my soul!

I am an early riser on most days and get up, have a light breakfast and head for the local recreation center where I ride an upright bike for six miles and burn about 200 calories, (hopefully work off breakfast). Then I do a series of lifting dumbbell hand weights. Then down on the mat for some physical therapy exercises to limber my back. Sometimes I even do about 100 crunches on the exercise ball.

One day as I was leaving the gym I kiddingly asked a fellow what he was going to do for the rest of the day. He said,"go home and go back to bed."

Wow!! Not me!!

I go home, turn on my computer and go to work! When I am home and working on WA is when the "mental exercising" begins. I have said a few times that WA is the most challenging yet most stimulating activity I have ever done! It keeps the old grey matter from going stale!

I have only been involved with WA for six months. During that time I seemed to crawl at the pace of a turtle because I was so unsure of myself with the technology. I admit that I went back and did some training more than once to get the concept.

But now in Level 3 training, "Making Money", I really look forward to each training module. I see great potential for "MONEY". And excited about my niches.

I am grateful for the WA community! I am enjoying making new friends and acquaintances in the community and am especially grateful to Kyle, Carson, and Jay and others for the excellent training and program.

One more thing -- I have made it into the top 200 -- an unexpected accomplishment!

WA IS A GREAT PLACE!

Great exercise plan. I am getting up 5 am 6 times per week make my breakfast play with my dogs check some emails after my 10 minutes mindset sitting looking in my garden and doing nothing try not even to think about work or what's the daily schedule. Then of to the gym around 7 am will start with my workout. After my personal workout, I have my daily schedule, but very diverse as I am freelancing and make sure I have enough free time.

Congrats on making the top 200.

I use to be an early riser to get my exercise done. But not anymore I am ashamed to say. I have RA and OA which is very trying. I get plenty of mental exercise with WA which I love.
Now to get my physical activity started back again would be awesome.
