I want you to understand that you are not alone in this thing we all
have been there at some point in our lives. Some of us have gotten a harder
blow from our fall than others. Some of us have got bruises whiles other have
had open wounds but regardless of what your injuries might have been the good
thing is that we are still here and as they say once there is life there is
hope.

We have been given one more chance to GET UP and
move on - understand that your feelings are not unique and it is totally okay
to feel what you are feeling. These feelings will eventually go away as long as
you don’t nurture them so the quicker you realize that you are the only one who
can change the course of your future it is the quicker you will GET UP and move
on.

Let us learn the lessons life is teaching us the
quicker the learn the faster we will move on – it’s like taking a final exam in
school to move on to the next level if you fail you will not move up and you
will have to resit the exam. So it is depended on you to apply all that you
have learn so that you will not fail the resit and you will be able to move to
the next level.

The fact that you have read to the end means that
you are ready to GET UP and move on. It does not matter how long you have been
down what matters is that you have decided to get up and you will get help to
move on. Take that bold step now don’t even think about where you fell from
just focus on brushing off yourself and get moving again.
