Who determines the quality of a product or service?

"Quality in a product or service is not what the supplier puts in; it is what the customer gets out of it, and is still willing to pay for it." When the supplier places a price on a product or service based upon what he thinks it is worth in dollars, that is his error.

Too often we look at a price of a product or service, and say that a product must be of good quality based upon that price. That is a customer error.
