Finding your Zen......

What is it that you do to clear your mind and just let your content flow? How do you get to that point where you are "in the zone". For me it's different almost everyday. Sometimes it's taking a break and taking the dog out for a walk, sometimes it's taking a break and helping out family or friends, other times it pushing through and for me to just type out what is actually on my mind at that point in time.
