Top spot in Google (update)

A couple of weeks ago I told about my little 535 words blog post that did very well.
After just 5 weeks it was ranked 22 out of 144.000.000. Since then I've added a few sentences so the word count is now 684, and yesterday it happened... Page 1 it's now ranked number 10.
It just shows that you don't have to write blog posts of 3-4 thousend words to rank well. If 750 words is what you need to get your message out, then don't use more than that. Don't use unnecessary filler words to expand your article beyond 1000 words.
