Even A Thousand Mile Journey Starts With One Step
A couple of months back, I clicked on a link emailed to me by someone called Brok, to whose newsletter I'm a subscriber. I clicked on the link because it was a review on a work at home opportunity (and I read many reviews that Brok does) because I was looking for a legit business I could do to earn a side income.
This particular one caught my attention because it showed I could build a website and make better money blogging, and this is something I've always wanted to do. So I signed up but it took months before I actually really delved in to see what it was all about. When I got serious about building a website, then I started to actively follow the training on WA! And Oh! how so worth it it has turned out to be! I wish I had paid attention right from the start!
For a long time I tried to build a website on my own but knowing nothing about programming or anything like that, I did not even understand what I was doing. It was all trial and error! But since signing up on WA, I have acquired so much knowledge, I've made so much progress, today I'm a proud owner of a website, zambiansense.com. Now this is something I've always wanted to do, to have my own .com website! Hats off to me!!!! (hahaha!)
Now, as a person, I love to read, I love to learn, and most of all, I love to share what I've learnt. I know there is so much going on in the world (particularly in my country) that so many people don't know about but would appreciate knowing. So that's what I've chosen as my niche - to share information that helps people tackle everyday challenges in life. So my topics are various from handling finances, to family issues, to parenting, to dealing with stress, etc. I look around and I see a need for information in a particular area, I write about it... ofcourse praying that someone somewhere will find the information helpful. And hoping that this is a niche that makes sense to somebody!
So far, WA has been awesome! I've learnt to organise my website, to use resources that I didn't even know existed, and even to choose a niche. I've also interacted with enterepreneurs that are already successful here, who are living proof that you can actually make a living off the internet. I hope that one day, I can be like them!
The step by step training on WA is of a very high level and the community can be compared to none! A heartfelt thank you to all!
