I wish to cancel my membership and obtain refund for my $299 fee.
I think cancelling is basically personal.
Be that as it may, as concerned members of this community, we can encourage people who are unsure of their stand.
Also there may be times when some people may feel frustrated due to inability to make good progress in the training or in their juches we can also offer encouragement.
Thank you Koko777 for asking why this individual is cancelling.

Are there legal ramifications I need to be aware of if my website refers a visitor to a product or service found to be defective or dangerous in some way? Obviously, not inten
Not if you're with an affiliate company such as Amazon. But it can affect your visitor return ratio of you review items that turn out defective. Make sure you research each product thoroughly. Most products can have a lemon every now and then but if you consistently have bad products you will suffer. Jim
Thank you! That would not be intentional on my part, but as this affiliate program is all so new to me, I'm concerned about possible issues down the road.
You don't have to worry about that. If you ever recommend a defective product unintentionally, the only downside is your future reputation in the eyes of those who have purchased the products through your recommendation.
Being an affiliate will not hold you responsible for any legal issues cause by the company. If the company got sued or even got shut down, you simply can't promote the product anymore. You won't be responsible for any legal issues :)
This would be covered by the company that supplies the products- You are only recommending them :)
Thank you for responding:)
The recommendation aspect is where my concern lies. If my content contains a recommendation, do I open myself to liability if I don't have some sort of disclaimer?
