Hello my Fellow Entrepreneurs,

So glad to be here in the wonderful Wealthy Affiliate community, thanks so much for my inclusion here.

Today I want to share one of my motivations to thrive.

And that is Music

I play music absolutely every day,

And it ranges depending on my mood.

The sensation of Sound I have found to heal.

I have suffered from chronic migraines since very young, often being hospitalized because of passing out and often with extreme high temperatures due to the intense pain.

The thrashing in my head is like being drilled with sound torture, piercing internal screams penetrating my heart and stopping me to be able to breath or go to the toilet.

I have found using hot showers on intervals, pain relief medication and walking stretching applying fingers to my bodies meridian pressure points, and playing music has been the only way I survive.

But during this course of being a migraine sufferer I have discovered that sound and light is indeed a leading factor to my onsets of hideous pain and muscle ache.

I am image sensitive and when I see an image that disturbs me I literally go into flight fight, freeze.

And I need to look into a natural scene of trees or water to get relief, so if I am in rooms or buildings that are sterile or too image concentrated it can be very difficult to not pass out.

Hence I stopped watching TV as a teenager and I only ever since watched an occasional movie at the cinema, mostly a comedy.

I have found that living in white light as they call it, is extremely dangerous, it is literally a destructive noisy vibration.

Everything is vibrating and when you realize this, that everything is sound frequency you would see that the real threat to our Oceans is a genuine horrific dangerous situation for being one example the serene beautiful Whales will navigate though their paths in the ocean using sound waves.

When there is a disturbance in that ocean such as big ships, and subarines , the whales literally go deaf.

It is a really a big problem with the projection of mining companies now wanting to do Deep Sea Mining, because the machines are massive destructive noise and vibrations.

Without going to much into the reasons I know it is a terrible situation we are facing on Earth, but I have found that sound absolutely can destroy or heal.

Hence everyday I will play music of all sorts of tones and vibrations to move my body and give me graduation of relief in the ongoing migraines I suffer.

I am suggesting one thing today

that has worked for me, is to play music when you are creative writing your blogs here in Wealthy Affiliate, it will literally make your fingers dance with the words you are sensing to use in your written creations.

Our body is fascinating and we are energy flowing, and when we are thinking to write something our brain will literally get sticky and stuck if the nervous system is not in harmony with a beautiful tone such as someone singing from a choir or even renouncing prayers.

So today my message is turn up your favorite music and learn to dance with the keyboard, and aligning this in your brain and heart.

I wish you all a prosperous weekend and may you stumble into bliss with a big smile :)

Kind regards

Thank you for sharing this, Erica.

Your welcome Clanhopper :)

Kind regards

I love sound too. During my younger years, one of my greatest joy was listening to songs from the radio or playing my favorite vinyl records.

Sadly, as I grew up, into my career years, I did that less.

Today, after cancer recovery, I discovered my love for music again. Almost every day I would listen to some of my old favorite songs. Prefer the songs from the 50s to 80s.

Tim

Hello Tim :) thanks so much for responding to my message here about using sound effectively 🎵🎼🎨

Yes I thought maybe you healed that cancer with sound of good quality music, I am still so happy you did conquer it :)

I love the 50's and 80's also the best, they were breakthrough generations.

Wishing you a wonderful evening and music.

Kind regards
Erica

I'm sorry to hear about your chronic headache issues. I know how destructive that can be! I suffer from tinnitus, but I also find music through earbuds helps.

I love symphonic music while tickling the keyboard. Music with lyrics can be distracting, so movie soundtracks seem to inspire me.

Have a blessed day, Erica!

Hello Howard,

Thanks so much for sharing your experiences.

My dad suffered tinnitus and it was sheer agony watching him suffer and not being able to do much for him, but I would literally play his favorite music and that used to cheer him up and give him relief he would tell me .

I love the keyboard, I bought one recently after doing a short singing course on realising we all have a voice, it was to gain self expression through sound and singing.

But I went straight out and got a keyboard, but when I realised I am still too close to my neighbors that it was not practical to try and play how I wanted to express and learn the keyboard for the fear of disturbing the neighbor and having difficulties, so I sold the keyboard.

Wishing you a wonderful weekend :)

Kind regards
Erica

Thanks, Erica! You too.

Thanks :)

Hi Erica

I can’t really remember a time when I haven’t listened to music every day!

I was lucky enough to grow up in a very musical family. We had various instruments to play. Opera, classical, big band, rhythm & blues, jazz, blues, rock, and country & western music was always on the radio or stereo.

These days, I play and listen to music an average of 8 hours, between picking up a guitar, watching music videos, working on the computer, riding in the car, watching online webinars, showering, and eating.

I realize that sounds excessive to most people, but to me it’s barely enough! Lol

I hope you feel better. Enjoy the weekend. 😎🎶

Thanks so much Frank 🎸 I totally relate to playing music all day,

When I was growing up I would calm my siblings and mother and father with turning up the stereo and playing their favorite sounds, the whole house was rocking at times haaha.

And at primary school in music lessons we played the Tambourine which I totally love.

I never did get to play an instrument, other than the sound recorder, haha I was quite good at it though,

My brothers played guitar, and they were quite good.

I have always wanted to learn how to play the flute and harmonica and saxaphone.

Thanks I feel much better today now with some sound therapy.

Kind regards
Erica

Hi Erica

It's great to hear that you are feeling better! 😎

It's never too late to learn to play any instrument you like. 🎶

Have a wonderful weekend.

Erica
