Whatever you do, do it for the Right Reasons

What can I say about WA - Amazzzzzzingggggg and wished I had come across it years ago, before spending so much on worthless promises of online success - when really you make your own success with hard work, dedication, being a little selfish, but being proud, tough and determined, no matter what challenges you might have to face.

My Life

Every day in my other life I have to get involved in powerful negotiations and decisions and those decisions very often affect the health and well being of the most vulnerable - but if somethings needs to be said in order to support the most vulnerable in our society, then I am not afraid to say it.

Being in local politics and in the public eye does mean that you are scrutinised, studied, questioned, often judged by your peers, mistrusted or on the other hand respected, relied upon, believed and listened to. You might have to impart some home truths and those truths may result in discomfort.

Look here's the truth and the way I see it. If you are not prepared to feel discomfort when entering into something unknown, then what's the point of entering. I'm not prepared to massage someone's ego in order to come across as being invested, when in fact I'm not bothered. Sometimes you simply have to be cruel to be kind.

In the short time I have been involved in WA I have thoroughly enjoyed it, in particular the training, chatting with people, offering some of my critical analysis (not to critical, supportive I hope) of their content and sites. I have really welcomed the feedback I have received and I hope to receive a lot more in the future.

My Niche

I have really enjoyed writing again and writing about my passion for psychology and psychotherapy. I am a retired teacher and some years ago I became a hypnotherapist and over the years I have helped people both online and off with their issues. Over the years I have helped people with anxiety and anxiety related issued for Anxiety UK. I am also a coach, brainworking recursive therapy advanced practitioner and psychosexual dysfunction specialist. So when it comes to my niche I need some help, but I do know that I will only work with people who want to make momentous strides to achieve their goals.

My Success

I think you will agree that I have found success. In the 1950s Earl Nightingale said: " Success is the progressive realisation of a worthy ideal". In a nutshell he was trying to say that success is determined not necessarily by financial means, but by whether what you are doing is important to you. He goes on to talk about conformity and he eluded to man being a slave to conformity and only 5% of the population achieve anything near success. Goals for next 3 to 6 months

do not think that anyone's goals should be set in stone, it is more about having a plan with small steps attached to it. I wrote a book a few years about planning your life, which I might blog about. But, whatever goals or plans you have they have to be SMART. That is specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time limited. I read a really good book called Do it or Ditch it and it brought home to me, the necessity to only work on what is going to bring you closer to your goal or plan and if not do something different. Remember if keep doing the same thing over and over again and keep getting the same negative result, stop doing it and try something different.

So that is what I am going to do. Over the next 3 months I am going to perfect my website, create a couple more in the same niche, but aimed at different aspects of my niche and lastly and the most important in the next 6 month, which incidentally not enough of your are doing, if your questions are anything to go by, concentrate on completing the excellent training provided by Kyle and his colleagues on WA, attend as many of the live events, answer other users questions and feedback on their success, get my expertise recognised the world over and have fun.
