Pretty much what the others have said, but just to add to the comments below, your WA Premium Membership only covers the WA Platform and your Website Hosting. Any free WordPress Themes or Plugins that you choose to install, may have a Premium option. These Themes & Plugins are not associated with WA and you can purchase these directly from the Developer, should you require it. But always check whether the Theme/Plugin is well maintained and supported, before purchasing an Upgrade.

And as far as color and title go you can always change that when you go to your site, on the control panel you go to APPEARANCE
and that's where you go to Customize. Only here can you change your site settings, but the changes themselves will depend on the theme you choose.

I don't know what went wrong friend. I guess if you are paying monthly, then that's not a premium membership. I could be wrong. You should ask support to clarify that. All the best!
