1. Who will be interested in my website?
2. Why should anyone come to my website?
3. What benefits will my audience get coming to my website?
4. What problem or need am I addressing?
5. What makes my website different from any others?
6. How are people going to discover my website?
7. How many people are interested in the subject area that I am addressing?
8. If I attract 10% of those how many sales could I make?
9. What can I do to gain the trust of my visitors?
10. What headlines will grab the visitors attention?
I am hopeful that these questions help people focus on the development of successful websites. Unfortunately I don't have the answers yet for these questions, but I view this as a process and on this site, the road to answering all of those questions exist.

That's a great list, I too am new so I can only wonder or estimate answers, but writing this and making plans seems to be ''the'' way to start and get set up. Much success to you!
