Does WA use cPanel
Hey Sharon -- super question! it's been asked a number of times previously and the short answer: .. nope ..
... and here's a bit of a past discussion weave on the subject: How do I access my domain cpanel in wa? ... hope this all helps answer your query ... all the best ... :)
Is cpanel at wealthy affiliate?
Does WA use cPanel
Hi, Sherry -
Your question was brought to my attention. When I checked the getting started board, however, it looks like someone else had answered this question.
Hope things are going well with your WA experience.

Can someone tell me how to update/re-install my browser?
Hi, Sharon -
I am not sure what browser you are using, but I found this link that shows how to update the different browsers - https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001388.htm
To install a browser, enter the browser name (firefox, com, chrome.com, etc.). They usually have instructions or a link on that page so you can install their browser.
Let me know if this helps. If not, I will work with you to find other answers.

Not really sure. The first thing that comes to mind is that maybe your computer needs to be defragmented. (defragged) If you haven't done that in a while it can slow your computer down. I am guessing that you have rebooted your computer. If not, that is the first thing you should do.
These are my ideas for now, but you may have already done them.

I am not sure what kind of laptop you have, but I would think they would all be very similar. I have an HP, and these are the steps I would follow to defrag my laptop (which, now that I think about it, I should do).
Go to the start menu.
Select control panel
Choose System and maintenance
Then Administrative tools
You may have to scroll down, but there should be an option to "free up disc space" and "defragment your hard drive"
If you have not defragged your computer and have had it for a while, it could take from 1-4 hours for this action to complete. (possibly longer). Many people suggest performing the free up disc space action before defragging. I think this does work better, and maybe this would give your computer more speed for now, and you can schedule the defrag when you know you won't be using it for a while.
Hope this helps!

I installed PHP to help work with a plugin I installed but when I was in PHP settings I clicked on the SSL box and saved and now I cannot access my website.
Hi, Sharon -
I just wanted to check and see if you had heard back from support. Unfortunately, I have not had any experience with this kind of situation, so am unable to offer any other suggestions.
Hope it is resolved soon.
Lydia
If your website is hosted with WA, contact WA technical support. If your website is hosted outside of WA, contact the support department of where your website is hosted.
So was WA support able to sort this for you?
You can raise a ticket using the following link if you have not done this already:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
They instructed me on how to flush dns. The site came up for about 10-12 seconds and then the screen went blank, comes back up for couple seconds then blank again.
Getting in touch with support again.

I thought this was automatic and you do not have to install a plugin for that.
Go to your page and on the top, click "screen options" to expand, and see if "comments" box is checked.
See the below screen shot. Hope it helps!
Darn, I don't know what is happening. Please go to "setting" and under the setting, go to "discussion" and make sure the box "allow people to post comments" is checked. Those things should have been checked by default, as you guessed it.
Also, are you sure it is "post" that don't have the comment box, not the "page"? Page setting are not checked in those boxes by default. Don't meant to doubt what you said but just want to make sure we check everything correctly.
Thanks Kyoko. I double checked and everything checked, but still no comment box. I am starting to think that this theme doesn't carry a comment box.
I have never heard that theme so I looked up. I check another theme (premium theme - Agama pro) for the demo and it had the comment box features, but Fury didn't have the comment box in the demo. So I agree, this theme does not have the comment box. Plus this theme looks like more for the e-commerce rather than the blog.
Thanks KyoKo. I already change my theme and loving it! I now have a comment box and I've installed social icons and subscription form. I finally posted my WA Review now that I solve the theme problem.
Thank you!
Great you were quickly able to change the theme you liked! The sooner is definitely better as each theme has different functions. Enjoy your site building! :D
