My Beginnings at WA - My journey thus far
MY PROGRESS SO FAR:
I am just finishing up my 2nd level, hear at Wealthy Affiliates. I'm hoping to be able to donate more time on here, as it's taken me approximately a month and a half to get this far.
I can honestly say, I am able to make my way around the site, a lot more effeciantly, than I had been able to for the first couple of weeks. So, anyone who may be reading this, who gets discouraged trying to move around the site interface, I promise....It does get easier!
MY CHOSEN NICHE:
When I first joined this program, I started with one concept, then another. I didn't feel satisfied with my chosen niche, so I took an evening to reflect on what I enjoy, love, and know. Then it hit me! I decided on Beading. A hobby that I became passionate about as a young girl.
I learned so many different aspects of beadwork, that I decided it was what would reflect on who I am, and enable me to help make beading easier for others.
Although I refer to Beading as a hobby, it's also a form of art and self expression.
PRIDE IN MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS, THUS FAR:
Considering that I have only be involved with Wealthy Affiliates for such a short time, my accomplishments are a short list. However, I was THRILLED when I received an email from WA the other day, informing me that Google had recognized me! For the first time, since I began this program, I felt like I was actually going somewhere. It gave me hope that I will be able to set the goals that I outlined on that first day. It has given me drive to spend more time on WA and finish my courses.
MY GOALS FOR THE NEXT 3 MONTHS:
My goals for the next 3 months, is to continue my education on WA, and hopefully get ranked on Google. Even if it's ranked in the top 300, I'd like to see my site listed among others.
Another goal is to move up in the Ambassadorship program. I don't want to set my goals for this, too terrebly high. But, I am hoping to at least rank in the top 200. I am going to dedicate more of my personal time, to try to make that happen.
THE NEXT 6 MONTHS:
My goal is to be ranked on Google, within the first 100 entries. I'm also hoping to be in the top 100 of the Ambassadorship program. If I don't make either, I will keep plugging along. But, in the meantime, I'm going to work my rear off, to try to make it happen!
I'd also like to thank all of you for your support and guidance. WA truly feels like a second family to me.
