I was trying to build my website and I did 123 but I could not add the theme that I picked.
There were some issues with themes today, and Kyle is aware of the problem. Building your website is part of Steps 1-10, so you should be building your site as you do the lessons.
If you can pick another theme and build your site with it, I would do that for now. You can change your theme at a later date very easily without affecting the content or traffic. If you can't choose ANY theme I would read the next lesson, and come back to choosing your theme in a few hours to see if its running properly.
thank you I was building my website and I did step 123 I did not see the tab on the bottom that say build my website so I couldn't move to the next step help.

Do I have to finish 1 to 10 before I build my website?

It would be best to complete, but anytime you are comfortable, you can begin. The full course is designed to not only assist with the construction, but the more detailed aspects relative to picking a comfortable niche and how to do that, so, you will not need to make so many changes if you hurry too quickly. Whatever is comfortable for you can work. Some choices come with more work later...
