When Confirmation Hit
Hey WA fam,
This blog is a little different than my normal ones.
Today, I want to share a real part of my journey here at Wealthy Affiliate. And honestly, if it wasn’t for the expert training and the personal conversations I’ve had with people inside this platform, what I’m about to share wouldn’t have been possible.
Without the knowledge I’ve gained here, I never would’ve been able to harness this moment.
Wealthy Affiliate doesn’t just host my websites. They cover me fully. And for that, I’m truly grateful. But more than that, they taught me how to take my crazy ideas and turn them into something real. Something living and breathing.
I always wanted to be a writer and a published author, and I actually accomplished that before I came to Wealthy Affiliate. But what I was missing big time was everything that comes after creation.
I had:
- No brand
- No following
- No real knowledge of how to move my work forward
That all changed once I started actually following what Wealthy Affiliate teaches.
They showed me how to build a foundation.
They helped me shape and mold my brand.
They taught me how to build a website that showcases my work properly.
They showed me how to rank on Google and Bing.
They taught me how to harness social media and drive free traffic to my content.
This small win I’m sharing today is just the beginning of something much bigger. And it exists because of everything Wealthy Affiliate stands for and yes, because I put in the work too. But without the right tools, I understand why people are scared of the online world.
WA gave me something massive.
They gave me a brand.
They gave me direction.
They gave me the ability to think clearly and learn how to build an empire instead of guessing.
Now all I have to do is keep working for it. Want it. Protect it.
And today, I can honestly say it feels like the universe is telling me, welcome to the new path.
If I was able to accomplish what I’ve done in just one year, imagine what five more years will look like. Then ten after that.
I see freedom.
I see writing.
I see creating.
And yeah, I see myself back out fishing again someday.
If you’ve ever doubted whether this works, look at the journey not the hype.
I’m not chasing trends.
I’m being myself.
And people are noticing.
I keep thinking about something my grandfather once told me:
“Boy, surround yourself with brilliant people, and one day, you’ll become one.”
Today, I believe that 100%.
So if you’ve got a dream, it’s time to make it real. It will take time to get off the ground. You’ll have to push past the noise. You’ll have to give a lot of yourself.
But with the right tools and the right people, it’s possible.
The stars are there waiting.
Now it’s time.
So Let Me Show You What That Confirmation Looked Like
I want to slow this down for a moment and walk you through what actually happened step by step, because this is the part people usually skip.
Not the highlight reel.
Not the victory lap.
The real progression.
For months, I was told I was eligible to earn, but I never saw anything show up. No feedback. No confirmation. Just trust and consistency.
Then, over the course of four days, something shifted.
Nothing went viral.
Nothing exploded.
There was no sudden spike.
What happened instead was quiet, steady confirmation. The kind that tells you the foundation is finally holding weight.
So below, I’m walking through those four days exactly as they happened.
What I saw.
What I thought.
And what I’m learning from it now.
Not in hindsight.
Not cleaned up.
But in real time.
Day 1 – December 13

Earnings: $0.01
This was the day everything changed, even though it didn’t feel like it yet.
For months, I had seen nothing but zero. So when I saw one cent, my first reaction wasn’t excitement. It was suspicion. I honestly thought it was a glitch.
But what mattered wasn’t the amount.
It was the signal.
This was the first time the system confirmed that my content was being counted.
That one cent told me something important.
Facebook wasn’t broken.
It wasn’t lying.
It had just been waiting.
Day 2 – December 14

Earnings: $0.91
This is where it stopped feeling random.
The next day, earnings jumped close to a dollar, and that told me this wasn’t a fluke. This was content stacking.
Nothing went viral.
Nothing changed dramatically.
I just kept posting the same way I had been. Strong images, thoughtful text, steady pacing.
That’s when it clicked.
Facebook wasn’t rewarding one post.
It was rewarding consistency across posts.
Day 3 – December 15

Earnings: $0.85
This was the most important day mentally.
Earnings dipped slightly, and if I didn’t understand how platforms work, this is where I could’ve overreacted.
But instead of panicking, I paid attention.
The content was still earning.
Engagement was still there.
The system didn’t turn off.
That showed me something critical.
Monetization doesn’t go straight up.
It breathes.
And that’s normal.
Day 4 – December 16

Earnings: $0.76
Another small dip and another lesson.
At this point, I wasn’t focused on the daily number anymore. I was focused on patterns.
- Multiple posts earning small amounts
- Photos and written content doing the work
- No reliance on reels yet
- No Stars, no subscriptions just content monetization
That told me the foundation was solid.
The Bigger Picture – December 13–17

Total: $2.68
When I zoomed out and looked at all four days together, everything clicked.
This wasn’t luck.
This wasn’t a glitch.
This was the result of:
- Time
- Patience
- Reading my data
- Studying what Facebook favors
- Staying consistent even when nothing showed up
The earnings aren’t big and that’s the point.
They’re real.
What I’m Thinking Going Forward
Now that I understand how this works, my mindset has changed.
I’m not chasing spikes.
I’m not forcing reels.
I’m not changing my identity to please the platform.
I’m slowly adding short reels of me when it feels right.
I’m continuing to study the posts Facebook favors.
I’m refining what already works instead of tearing everything down.
Most importantly, I’m no longer guessing.
Why I’m Sharing This
I’m sharing it to show what real progress actually looks like.
For six months, all I saw was zero.
And now I can say this honestly.
I’m getting paid for my content on Facebook.
Not because I rushed.
Not because I copied.
But because I stayed with it long enough to understand how it works.
If you’re still sitting at zero, don’t quit early.
Sometimes zero doesn’t mean failure.
Sometimes it just means the system is still watching.
Believe in yourself.
Believe in your platforms.
Trust the process.
Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither is anything worth keeping.
Stay focused on your foundation here at wealthy Affiliates , and you’ll build your own Rome just like i'am.

Thanks for sharing the practical information.
I enjoyed the information from your site on Wild foot. Who doesn't wonder, is it real? The migriation patterns explain a lot. Anyone who has been in the woods or forest alone, away from anyone else can imagine the mystery of a creature.
