Ten Days Into My WA Experience, I Am Hungry For More

I’ve been part of this community for 10 days now and it is one of the most engaging communities I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of; there isn’t even a message board. I have several blogs posted to my site and several pages on there as well. At the moment it feels like the more I add to my site, the more I want to add to it.

I feel I’ve improved in the way I present the content of my site. Every new page or post I write is more clearly presented than the last one.

I’ve learned a lot about publishing a blog site. I’ve learned so much that I fear I’m not retaining all of it. Fortunately I can go back and review the course sessions.

I’m not only learning about publishing a site but I’m learning a lot about my selected niche. Part of the reason I selected this niche is that I hadn’t found a site that focused on it and felt there was a need for one. In researching my niche I have come across several sites that address my niche regularly and one or two that are devoted to it so I have some competition out there. I’ve subscribed to more sites in the past week than I had in the past decade.

I am proud of the site I’ve started and want to work on it more. The idea of having contributors submit articles for my site struck me today but I’m not sure who I would trust to do that. It is a work in progress and I suspect and hope that it remains one. If I can earn a comfortable living from it I can’t imagine the feeling of success that would bring.
