I have made a sale for sure but it isn't reflected in my earning's page. Does anyone know how much time does it take for the money to get reflect on Amazon?
Hi - the item has to show as shipped, and it can't have been purchased by yourself, friends or family. Some items don't attract commission, such as gift cards or alcohol.
He's not a friend but I personally shared the affiliate link with him.
Also do I get the credit only when it is shipped?
Hi - when you say "shared", did he actually click on your website? For example, you can't send Amazon links through email.
Providing he accessed the link through your website, then yes, it should show up when shipped.

You can join all the Amazon sites as an affiliate Shashwat. I have several accounts so I can deal with customers in many countries.

Hi - yes, you can join as many Amazon sites as you wish. You can then make use of one of Amazon's tools called OneLink. It automatically directs anybody who clicks on your links to the correct Amazon site for their country.
Onelink doesn't have an option to link the Amazon Indian store. So should I leave it as it is after signing up? And do I need to make separate sales (India &US;) for verification? (3 sales in 6 mo).
Hi - I didn't realise India can't be linked. Yes, you need to make 3 sales in 180 days for each Amazon site you are signed up to.

You already did what you can do.
It's up to google to decide if they take your meta descr or their own choice of website content.
