Stuck for Niches?

It's a beautiful hot day (we don'get get so many of these in England) and we decided to go to a boot fair as my new little car needed a test run.
Now my mind is focused on Niches they are everywhere I look.
The Readers digest book entitled 'How to do anything with a pc'
another book 50 Easy Party Cakes - cake decorating niche?
Then I remembered the 'how to fix just about everything' book indoors
It's amazing what you can see when your mind set is tuning in to possibilities out there in the Universe
