Anyone can stop Google from indexing pages on their websites if they wish using the Robots Meta Noindex (see below) on the SEO page of the page/post

however if your site has already been indexed and you decide to move it to another site the page will then get indexed again and you risk being penalised for duplicate content. - did you know you can remove content from Googles Index and cache?
