What is that you do?

If you hear this from people who follow you online or whom you've talked to at networking groups - You have a storytelling problem.

What do you want to be known for?

Which word do you want people to associate with your brand?

ONE WORD??? Shannon are you crazy - One word isn't enough to communicate everything that I do and want people to think of when they see my brand. I don't want to eliminate people from my audience.

That is true. There are many different messages you will put out into the digital world, but there needs to be one over encompassing word.

Here's an exercise - Which word do you think of for each of these brands?
