Help - I need brutal feedback on my site

So I've been at this for about three months now and have posted 2 times per week on average. My site is www.pathtonaturalliving.com

I'm looking for some brutally honest feedback. Please don't hold back - I need honest feedback to grow!

I am getting about 400 visitors per month (many I think is through the comment section on WA) and have no sales to date.

I have an email subscriber list as well - no one has signed up. I plan to create a product in exchange for their email address. It is on the to do list.

Any help or motivation would be great! I know I can do this - I need some help to keep me moving in the right direction.
