Typically, sites such as these tend to lean towards affiliates that have very high website traffic. Several thousand visitors per month. I'm not sure what their approval threshold is.
Their commission rate is on average about 4%. You can review the details here:

Walmart.com gets a ton of traffic, of course, but that isnt' to say that you can make some money here. It depends on your niche, you keywords, your content and marketing methods.

I changed user to Stephen, just a little confused. thanks
Don't recommend that folk!
That is the Admin user by default. Delete it my cause system failures! You can add as much admin as needed though!
If you're hosted at WA then you should keep the admin account so tech support can help if things go wrong. If any posts or pages have been written by "admin" then you can change them Change Admin to Your Own Name
